Benjamin Franklin Brinton died last night at the home of a son, Jervy Brinton, 3321 South Eleventh street. A retired farmer, he had spent his 84 years in Buchanan County, living most of the time near Agency. In addition to the son at whose home he died, Mr. Brinton is survived by a daughter, Mrs. F. L. Reynolds, St. Joseph; a sister, Mrs. Ed Reynolds, Agency; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Heaton-BeGole & Bowman mortuary.

BRINTON - Benjamin F., Thursday evening. Funeral cortege will leave the residence 3321 South 11th, Sunday for the Christian Church at Agency where funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Rev. W. B. Riggs of Dearborn, Mo. officiating. Interment Agency Cemetery.
