She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Green Forest, the Green Forest Garden Club and the Norfork Church of Christ.
Mrs. Wheeler is survived by one sister-in-law, Lela Wheeler of Salesville and one niece, Mary Medley of Independence, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and two sisters.
