MIDLAND Ralph Conley, 70, the owner and president of Armor Cote Corp., died Thursday, Feb. 13, 1997, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland. Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Mid-Cities Community Church with the Rev. Russ Austin officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Santa Anna. He was born in Santa Anna and was a resident of Odessa before moving to Midland. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Mid-Cities Community Church. SURVIVORS: Wife, Allie Conley of Midland; sons, John Conley of Meadville, Miss., and Tony Conley of White City, N.M.; daughter, Cathy Conley of Midland; brother, Claud Winston Conley of San Antonio; and 17 grandchildren.
