Gavin Patrick Bartilomo of Catawissa, infant son of Nicholas and Kathleen Snyder Bartilomo, passed away on Thursday morning, Nov. 26, 2009, peacefully sleeping between his mother and father and into the arms of Jesus.
Born in Danville on July 1, 2009, he was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Bloomsburg.
Surviving in addition to his parents are maternal grandparents Rodney and Barbara Snyder of Catawissa, paternal grandparents Roberto and Mary Jane Bartilomo of Malvern, maternal great grandparents James and Lida Snyder of Catawissa and paternal great grandparents Amedeo and Amalia Pisano of Malvern and many more members of this loving family.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 30, at 11 a.m. from the Calvary Baptist Church, 300 Ridge Road, Bloomsburg. Officiating will be the Rev. Timothy Smith, pastor.
Interment will follow in Freewill Cemetery, Old Reading Road, Catawissa. Viewing will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Calvary Baptist Church.
The family requests memorials of new stuffed animals be brought to the church during the viewing hours. The toys will be given to the Salvation Army of Bloomsburg for distribution to area children in time for Christmas.
Arrangements are being handled by the Allen R. Horne Funeral Home, Catawissa, 570-356-2288.
