Henry H. Cardwell, 74, years old, died yestersay evening at 6:30 o`clock at his residence, 198 North Hanover Avenue. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary A. Cardwell; two sons, H. L. Cardwell, of Danville and H. W. Cardwell, of Athens; three daughters, Mrs. T. A. Murphy, Mrs. G. G. Robertson, of Lexington, and Mrs. J. W. Schuhart, of Fayette County: a sister, Mrs. G. K. Nash, also of Lexington. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Mr. Cardwell was a Mason of advanced degree and a member of General John H. Morgan`s command.
