Myerstown--Marjorie A. Falk, 89, of ECC Retirement Village, passed away Monday, November 23, 2009. She was the wife of Henry F. Falk, who passed away in 1982. Marjorie was born in Lebanon, on September 22, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Grace (Bright) and Clement Allwein. She was retired from Sterling Drug Company, Myerstown, working in the Sterile Technique Department. She was a member of Mary Gate of Heaven Church, Myerstown, and was known as the "Puzzle Lady" at the ECC Retirement Village. She is survived by four children, Clement H. Falk of Lebanon, Jacob K. Falk of Lebanon, Virginia Falk of Lancaster, and Thomas J. Falk of Lebanon; 40 grand and great- grandchildren; two sisters, Jeannette Tribley of Greenville, and Mary Calhoun of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan M. Solano, and a brother, William E. Allwein. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mary Gate of Heaven Church, 188 W. McKinley Ave., Myerstown. Visitation from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Madonna Hall. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 9:45 a.m. Interment at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, North Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Box 1274, Lebanon PA 17042. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of the arrangements.
