Born November 22, 1938, in Lake Village, he was the son of the late Lee Arthur Davidson and Fadra Inez Davidson Hollis.
Mr. Davidson was employed at DeWitt City Hospital, where he was Director of Maintenance. Mr. Davidson was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include one son, Julius Davidson of Monticello; one daughter, Wendy Burnett of Warren; one brother, Roy Davidson of Greenville, MS; and three sisters, Minnie Bell Crow of Lake Village, Mary Alice Smith of Dermott, and Virginia Calloway of Shreveport, LA.
Funeral services were held Friday morning, March 21, 1997, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Dumas with burial following at Lake Village Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home of Dumas.
