Henry Weaver was originally a brass finisher of musical instruments and maritime items in Philadelphia. His first wife died at an early age and he remarried, moving his new wife and children to Brooklyn, New York in 1859. He then became the overseer of a Bronze factory somewhere in the area.

His first wife was Anna Mary Nagle born Philadelphia 1824 and died Philadelphia 4 Feb 1856 at the age of 32 years. She is buried near her parents in the Longview Cemetery in Philadelphia.

Henry and his second wife Sarah Heydon are buried in the Heydon family plot along with these members identified by footstones:
