Mrs. David Allen Segrest, 50, of 1717 Peabody, died at 1 a.m. yesterday at her home after a short illness.
A lifelong resident of Corpus Christi, she was the former Helen Womock, daughter of the late J. W. Womock.
Mrs. Segrest was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband; her mother, Mrs. Ollie McFarland Womock of Corpus Christi; four sisters, Dr. Madelyn Womock of Silver Springs, Md., and Mrs. Bruce A. Reagan, Mrs. Gene Crowley and Mrs. Frances Gorham, all of Corpus Christi, and her mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Segrest, also of Corpus Christi.
Funeral services will be at Maxwell P. Dunne Funeral Chapel with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joe Crocker, Arlie Stevens, B. F. Harrison, Stephen Crocker, Terry Crocker and Doc D. Cabaniss. (undated, unnamed newspaper clippings)
