THOMAS LITTLE DIED HERE LAST WEDNESDAY

Life-Long Resident of This County Was 72 Years of Age

Thomas W. Little, a life-long resident of Madison county, died on Wednesday of last week at his home in Winterset. He was 72 years of age.

Mr. Little was born Aug. 25, 1872 on the old Little homestead north of Peru, the son of John and Mary Little. He was married Dec. 12, 1894 to Sarah F. Allen, whose death occurred last October.

He is survived by three sons, Russell, Laurel and Virgil Little; two daughters, Mrs. Inez Darnall and Mrs. Opal Cramlett; 13 grandchildren; and four sisters. His eldest son, Clarence died in 1939 and his youngest, Thomas, succumbed in infancy.

Funeral services were held Sunday in charge of the Rev. Tom Foglesong, pastor of the Winterset Church of Christ. Burial was made in the Sayre cemetery.
