Mrs. Bourne was born in Richland County, the daughter of Joseph Parsons and Irene Martin. She had lived all of her life here and was one of the most respected ladies of her community.
She married Glen Bourne on January 20, 1923. He survives her.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Freda Foll of Olney and Mrs. Audrey Boyd of Robinson.
There are two grandchildren.
She also leaves two brothers and four sisters; Robert and Ben Parsons of Noble, Mrs. Madge Osterman of Noble, Mrs. Frances Miller of Racine, Wis., Mrs. Blanche Taylor of Mt. Erie and Miss Florence Parsons of Noble.
Funeral services for Mrs. Bourne will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Rainey Funeral Home with Rev. Jess Kindred officiating. Interment will be in the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Summers-Rainey Funeral Home after 7:00 o'clock this evening.
