Also preceding her in death were brothers and sisters, Earl Capps, Bertie Capps, Nellie Hogg, Violet Branscomb, Frank Capps, Eva Capps, Viola Adair, Glen Capps, Winnie Casady, and an infant sister; and one step-son, Donald Branscomb.
Surviving are one step-son, Charles Branscomb, Livonia, Mo.; five step-daughters, Cora Jane Smith, Loves Park, Ill., Christina Machlin, Dixon, Ill., Dorothy Hidding, Dalls City, Ia., and Inez Fowler, Kirksville, Mo.; 23 step grandchildren; and several step great-grandchildren.
She worked in Ottumwa, Ia., for several years and in the orchards in Yakima, Wash.
She was a member of Primitive Baptist Church, Greentop.
Services were held Monday, March 8, 1993, in Husted-Ingersoll Funeral Home, Unionville, Mo.
Burial was in Lone Pine Cemetery, north of Martinstown, Mo.
