Jerry M. Adams, 71, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Monday morning October 1, 2007 in the Emergency Room at the Knox Coummunity Hospital.
He was born September 9, 1936 in Fredericktown, Ohio, a son of the late Arthur and Mary (Edwards) Adams
Jerry was a retired tire changer from Pond Tire in Mount Vernon.
Jerry is survived by a son, Steve Adams; and a daughter, Cindy Boyd both of Texas; a grandson, Shane Adams of Texas; and sisters, Donna Estabrook and Linda Adams both of Mount Vernon.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2007 at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A private inurmment will take place at a later date in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Avenue Colubus, Ohio 43201 in Jerry's memory.
