Frank Marion Ethridge is the son of Napoleon Bonaparte Ethridge and Catharine E. Bogue.

Obit: F. M. Ethridge dies Wednesday at Millersburg - Life-long County resident will be buried Friday.

Frank M. Ethridge, aged 67 years, a life-long resident of Millersburg, died at his home there at 8 a.m. Wednesday, following an illness since August 15, at which time he sustained a stroke of apoplexy. The cause of his death however, was assigned as angina pectoris.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Union church in Millersburg at 2 p.m., Friday, the Rev. W. K. L. Rhein, pastor of the Pocahontas M. E. church officiating. Interment will be made at the Wilds cemetery, a mile south of Millersburg.

Frank Marion Ethridge, the son of Napoleon and Katherine Ethridge, was born at Millersburg, February 22, 1859, and had attained the age of 69 years, seven months and seven days at the time of his death. He grew to manhood on a farm near Millersburg, where he spent his entire life. On September 10, 1889 he was married to Miss Anna L. Weiss of Pocahontas. To them six children were born, two of whom have preceded the father in death. Mylo died in 1913, aged 23 years and Idella died at the age of 11 months. He is survived by his widow, two sons George of Millersburg and Freeman of Oxford Junction, Iowa and two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Miles and Mrs. Ealy Mery, both of whom live near Millersburg. He is also survived by three brothers, James Ethridge of St. Louis, Theodore of Pocahontas and Albert of Trenton.

Mr. Ethridge while not a member of any church, confessed faith in Christ a few days before his death.
