Charles Arthur Parks (1875-1976) was born on April 15, 1875, in Burnet County, Texas, to Thomas Boyd Parks (1843-1912) and Nancy (Moore) Parks (1843-1935). During the Civil War, Private Thomas Boyd Parks had served in Company "C" of the First Regiment of Arkansas Cavalry. within the u. S, Army along with his brother, Calvin Parks, and other relatives. On (a DATE still unknown), Charles Arthur Parks. wed Canzadie A. Dotson (1872-1950) with whom he raised six children whose FAG Memorials are linked below to each other and to those of their parents.
