Longview, Neoma White, 86, of Longview, died Wednesday, Jun 17, 1998, in a Longview hospital. Born May 18, 1912, in Farmersville, she was a member of the Alpine Church of Christ, a member of the Eastern Star, the Pythian Sisters, and the Home Demonstration Club.
Survivors include one son, Jimmy White of Austin; three daughters, Joye W. Porter of Odessa, June Holliday of Longview and Jackie Mae Bishop of Austin; nine grandchildren: Debbie Magee, Donna Porter, Darla Baustain, David Porter, Sherry Marx, Beverly Stokely, Brenda Mendoza, Greg White and James White; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, June 20, in the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford with Jim White, Gary Porter and Lewis Lewelling officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens of the Valley in Weatherford.
