Marten Perry, infant son, of David and Rebecca H. (Boles) Hamacher, died age 3 months & 19 days. A very short life that will always be remembered. Rebecca entered in a small neat script, in her personal Bible, the record of their life. By 1869 she recorded the births of fifteen children, and the loss of five.
