MAIERS: Willie, the sixteen year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Maiers of Grant Township died Tuesday afternoon after an illness of less than two days, the cause of the death being due to brain fever. The funeral was held at the home at 12 o'clock conducted by Rev. Reininga and at 4 o'clock at the German Lutheran church. The interment was made in the cemetery adjoining the church.
