LODI/MIDDLETON — Sadie Watland, age 88, of Lodi, formerly of Middleton died on Tuesday, December 14, 1993 at a Lodi nursing home. Sadie was born on November 25, 1905 in Windsor, WI and for many years owned and operated the Circle Bar in Middleton. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and is survived by her sister, Harriet Millard of Madison. She was a mother to many children including her sister's (Gertrude Schimming) and to Stanley "Sid" Tiedeman. She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held at Gunderson Funeral Home, Elmwood Ave., Middleton at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 1993 with Reverend Marty Ericson officiating. Burial will be in St. Luke's Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, December 17, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
