Deborah Leigh Ballard Mullen, 51 of Everett, PA, died Tuesday February 12, 2008 at Conemaugh Memorial, Johnstown, PA She was born May 2, 1956 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Nora Jean and Late William Donald Ballard. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Surviving her are life partner and best friend Kenneth W. Payne of Everett, PA. Children: Debby J. and husband Raymond G. Herring, Charles D. Mullen, Jennifer M. and husband Jerry C. Seal, Jr. Grandchildren: Sade' Herring, Jr. Herring, Mikayla Howard, Kiley Howard and Tyler McVey, and Morgan Seal and Madison Seal. Sisters: Donna J. Escobar, Cheri D. Langworthy, Melony D. Ballard-Young. Preceded in death by Brother William D. Ballard II. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 to 7 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A. where Funeral Service will take place at 7:00 PM Inurnment will be Wednesday February 20, 2008 at Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her name to the funeral home.
