Funeral services for Earnest Dee "Earnie" Bartow, 56, of Torrington were Dec. 15, 1986 at the Colyer Funeral Home. The Lusk BPO Elks Lodge participated in the service. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery in Gering, NE. Mr. Bartow died at a Casper hospital on Dec. 12, 1986. He was born Sept. 10, 1930 at Gering, the son of Floyd A. and Myrtle M.(Robinson) Bartow. He grew up and attended school at Gering. Mr. Bartow moved to Lusk in 1959. On Dec. 29, 1973, he married Ruthie Lowry at Vancouver, WA. The couple made their home in Lusk until 1975, when they moved to Torrington. He was employed by Lamb Construction Co. of Torrington for 17 years. He had been a member of Lusk BPO Elks Lodge No. 1907 for 19 years.
