Sterling
Mariah M. Jensen, wife of Joseph Jensen, died at this place Saturday afternoon of rheumatism and cancer in the throat. Besides her husband she leaves a family of seven children, all boys. She was the daughter of Hyrum Moroni and Arsenath Bradley. Her father lives at Spring City. She was born in Moroni, October 6, 1872. With her husband she moved to Sterling 21 years ago. Funeral services were held from the Sterling school house Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Bishop Olsen presided. The speakers were Abner Lowry, N. C. Christensen, John Sorenson and Bishop L. C. Olsen. Interment in the town cemetery.
