Mr. Joseph Crider, 87 years old, one of the oldest residents in this vicinity, died at his home east of here Saturday morning. He had been poorly several months and death was due to infirmities of old age. Funeral at the house Rev. R. C. Keechly officiating. Interment in private cemetery near. He was a member of the Tiverton Baptist church. He leaves a wife and several children to mourn the loss of a dear one.
