Services were held in the Wagoner First Baptist Church, with Pastor Al N. Glasgow officiating. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of the Green Funeral Home of Wagoner.
Private Mangrum was serving with Company B, 12th Armored Infantry Battalion at Camp Hood, Texas, at the time of his death.
Also killed in the crash was Pvt. Raymond Moore, 19, of Westville, Oklahoma.
Mangrum's survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Branden of Porter, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs . R.C. Mangrum of Porter.
