Adam Smith Dies Tuesday Morning
Funeral services for Adam Smith, 74, who dies at his home in Jasper township, Fayette County, Tuesday at 10 A.M. will be held at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, Thursday at 2 P.M., with Rev. H. L. White in charge.
He had been ill for six months.
The son of Jacob and Clorinda Smith, he was born and reared in Jasper township.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Sam Wilson of Sabina; Mrs. Mary Parker of Columbus; Mrs. Dorothy Bell of Bloomingburg; six sons, Willard and Robert of Sabina; Solomon of Greenfield, Loren of South Solon; John of South Charleston and Harold of Columbus; one Brother, Hayes of Oklahoma, 32 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
The body is at the late residence where friends may call anytime until Thursday at noon.
Interment will be in Milledgeville Cemetery.
