Minervie's father was John Laban-Lebanon Wilbanks or John W Willbanks. Her mother has been identified as Margaret Elizabeth Wann. See the below statement from volunteer C Dean, #46990681.

Place of Birth also identified as Newport, Clay County, Texas.

Minervie married John Quincy Adams Rodden (1841-1910) in 1865 in Missouri.

I don't know if I have the same person but this is who I think this is. Minerva Alabama Willbanks. She was born on Feb. 6, 1848 in Alabama. She married John Quincy Adams Rodden. Her parents were John W. Willbanks b. 1825 in TN. He died in 1890. He married Margaret Elizabeth Wann in 1847 AL. Margaret Elizabeth Wann was born 1819 in Wayne, KY. She died in 1899 in Logan, Independence, AR. The family is in the 1850 Madison, MO. census. Next they are in the 1860 Iron, MO. census. John & Minerva are next in the 1870 Scott, AR. 1880 in Sebastian, AR. For 1900 & 1910 census they are in Clay, TX. In the TX. Death Index Minerva is listed as dying in Clay, TX. in 1912. I hope this either clears things up or confirm your info.
