Iva Lee Bowling, 79, of Aurora, died at 9:45 P.M. Thursday in Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. Graveside services were at 10 A.M. Monday in Maple Park Cemetery with Rev. Fred Cunningham officiating. Burial was under direction of Peterson Funeral Home.
She was born November 17, 1913, in Morristown, Tennessee, to Arthur and Pearl Quenton Smith. She was married to Gleason Bowling, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include three daughters, Jettie Baldwin and Margaret Cantrell of Aurora, and Rose Jenkins of Verona; two sisters, Sue Champion of Ft. Bragg, California, and Preshie Mills of Fairfax; several grandchildren; and great -grandchildren.
