Mrs. Terry died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2000, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born May 20, 1905, in Lawrence County to Jim and Viola Rodgers. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by five sons, Robert W. Terry of Elgin, I.Q. Terry of Courtland and Billy Terry, Donald Terry and Roger Lee Terry, all of Trinity; six daughters, Ida Mae Heflin of Moulton, Josephine Travis of Decatur, Lou Agnes Dotson, Ruth Givens and Ruby Joyce Terry, all of Courtland, and Jo Ann Letson of Pensacola, Fla.; one brother, Jimmy Rogers of Decatur; one sister, Sybil Aday of Moulton; 46 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and eight great great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Dotson, Glenn Terry, Gary Letson, Barry Terry, Keith Terry, Jason Terry, Tommy Heflin and Randy Givens.
