Donna Faye Eldridge, 53, of Ironton, passed away Wednesday (November 11, 2009) at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky, after an extended illness. The Ironton, Ohio native was born February 20, 1956, the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Glenith Viola Smith Eldridge.

Ms. Eldridge was a resident of Jo Lin Health Center and lived all her life in Ironton. She was of the Apostolic faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a sister: Glenna Leach, a brother: Charles Edward Eldridge

She is survived by: a sister, of Ironton; a niece, of Minnesota; a nephew, of Ironton; a great nephew.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday (November 16, 2009) at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio with Rev. James Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Creek Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 1-2 PM at the funeral home.
