William Oscar Wiley, 88, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday at his home following a long illness.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Texarkana Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joe Strebeck officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Cemetery.
Mr. Wiley was born Nov. 14, 1894, in Mississippi. He was a retired grocery store owner, a member of the Pentecostal church and a resident of Texarkana for the past 50 years.
