THE REV. HARRY C. DELAY, 87, of Tampa died Friday under the care of Hospice of Hillsborough Inc. A native of Birmingham, Ala., he moved to Tampa from Georgia in 1925. He was a retired minister at Town 'N Country Church of God. He is survived by his wife, Thelma I.; one son, Frank of Hudson; one daughter, Loretta Simone of Tampa; three stepdaughters, June Yanick of Rochester, N.Y., April Anderson of Plano, Texas, and Mae Whitehead of Rowlett, Texas; three brothers, Carl of Bradenton, Frank B. of Hernando and Ralph of St. Petersburg; two sisters, Fannie Martin and Louise Boniface, both of Douglasville, Ga.; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Glass Funeral Home, Tampa.
