Born in Olar, S.C., he was a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a radar operator in Naval aircraft and participated in development and testing of Sparrow missile at Point Mugu NAS. Mr. Brabham was a member of the Florida Engineering Society.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters. Mr. Brabham is survived by his wife Sylvia Brabham, Winter Haven; son Edward Brabham, New Orleans, LA; daughter Mary Elizabeth Brabham, Orlando; brother John Richard Brabham, Tampa, FL; sister Daisy Hollis, S.C.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or the Polk County SPCA.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, Auburndale.
