Leo married Edna Louise Fagerness. their union would produce one son, Eugene Lewis Borchers who would be born on April 6, 1934.
The 1940 census shows Leo at 29 years of age, living at 1504 North Lafayette Avenue in Snyder, Kitsap, Washington with his wife Edna and his five year old son, Eugene. The census indicates that Leo was a meat cutter and that he went to school thru his first year in High School.
The US City Directory in 1956, shows Leo living with his wife, Edna, at 109 East 56th Street in Tacoma. The directory indicates that Leo worked at the Meat Center, Martin Auays Stop and Shop Meats.
Leo died on April 27, 2001. At the time of his death he was living with his wife at 109 East 56th Street, Tacoma, Washington.
