Member and former Sunday School Superintendent of Mount Zion United Methodist Church. Surviving: Wife: Ruth Coffey Rogers; 5 sisters: Clara McCracken of Canton, Jessie Boone Rogers of Morganton, Helen Ford of Charlotte, Lorena Duckett of Clyde and Elizabeth Rutledge of Balsam and 3 brothers: Grady and Hugh Rogers of Canton and John Rogers of Clyde.
