Sumner T. Suhr, 99, Logan, died Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at Norton County Hospital, Norton. He was born Dec. 26, 1906, in Logan to Carl and Mary (Birkholz) Suhr. He married Esther Albright on Sept. 26, 1937, in Logan. She preceded him in death Oct. 21, 1993. He was a farmer and rancher.

Survivors include nephews and nieces.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Logan United Methodist Church; burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Logan. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday at Logan Funeral Home, 102 E. Church. Memorials are suggested to Hospice Services and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
