G. B. Blount Succumbs Driving to Macon in Motor Car
G. B. Blount, 55 of Sulphir Springs Road, died suddenly in his automobile yesterday morning as he was driving to Macon. The coroner held an inquest over the body and returned a verdict that the man came to his death from angina pectoris.
Blount had lived for the last three years on the Sulphur Springs Road having moved there from Twiggs County.
His wife, three daughters, Misses Irene, Bessie, and Maude and two sons, George W. Blount of Macon and Freeman Blount of Twiggs County, survive.
Blount was a member of Prospect Methodist Church in Twiggs County. Funeral services will be held at Prospect Church this afternoon at 1 o'clock. Rev. J. M. Hancock officiated and interment will be in the family lot.
