A resident of Cicero, she was born Oct. 3, 1902 to Riley and Chloe (Jessup) Beals .She was married in 1956 to Herbert Foulke who survives, along with a step-son, Donald Foulke, Carmel; three sisters, Grace Cox and Bessie Mundy, both of Noblesville and Sarah Brown, R.1, Cicero; a brother, Richard Beals, Zionsville; three step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. One step-son and three brothers preceded her in death. She was a member of the Cicero Extension Homemakers and the Cicero United Methodist Church.
