According to his death certificate, he was the son of Abraham and Sarah Jane (Sawyer) Andrix, *but* the informant got the father's given name wrong. He's actually the son of Jacob and Sarah Jane (Sawyer) Andrix, who married in Pickaway County, OH, on Dec. 21, 1851. They moved to the Groveport/Madison Township part of Franklin County between 1852 and 1857 and were still married at the time of Jacob's death in 1876. I believe the birth year of 1858 is correct.
