Lexington -- The funeral of Richard L. Payne, 51, of 901 N. Main St., Normal, formerly of Lexington, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Musselman-Moore Funeral Home, Lexington, the Rev. Glenn Harms officiating. Burial will be in Lexington Cemetery.
Visitation will be private.
Mr. Payne died at 5:35 p.m. Friday (May 13, 1988) at St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center, Bloomington. He had been ill.
He was born Jan. 5, 1937, in Lexington, a son of Sam L. and Ethel Bruce Payne.
Survivors include two brothers, Glen, 1301 Prospect Ave., Normal, and Jere E., Lexington.
Memorials may be made to the MARC Center.
