OBITUARY:
Evie A. Overton,
Winston Woman

DOUBLE SPRINGS-- Mrs. Evie Arizon Overton, 92, Double Springs, died Feb. 24, 1975 in the Fredonia Nursing Home in Double Springs. A housewife, she died of diabetes after a two month illness.

Funeral services were held Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. from Kelly Mill Church with Junior McCullar officiating. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery, with Nicols Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include six sons, Melvin, Double Springs; Ethridge, Saawmaut; David, Double Springs; Andrew, Atlanta, Ga; Llubie, Boliver, Tenn, and Marvin, Lanett; tow daughters, Lettie Graben, Hamilton and Mrs. Irene Whitley, Langdale; two sisters, mrs. Ophelia Abner, Jasper and Mrs. Ethel King, Jasper; 17 grandchildren; host of great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
