Post office closed for his funeral.

George D. Fenton, 16 years and 7 months, son of Postmaster and Mrs. W. C. Fenton of Boise, died at St. Alphonsus hospital at 3 o'clock yesterday morning. An operation was performed July 4th for appendicitis from which he never rallied. The funeral will take place form the family residence in South Boise today at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon and the remains will be interred in the Masonic [Pioneer] cemetery.
