ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Regina R. (Romberger) Lowney, 84, of Gaithersburg, formerly of Fall River, Mass., died at the Collingswood Nursing Home, Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1998. She was the widow of Jeremiah J. Lowney Jr., and daughter of the late Ralph and Jane (Osman) Romberger.
Born in Norristown, PA, she has lived in Maryland the past 15 years. While living in Fall River, she was a communicant of St. Mary Cathedral.
Survivors include a son, Jeremiah R. Lowney of Leonardtown, Md.; and a niece.
A graveside committal service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River.
