William Andrew Legg, son of John and Malinda Chasteen [sic] Legg, was born in Indiana in April 1863 [sic].
He married Settie Henson on March 27, 1885. They had three children: Oliver, Gertie and Ethel. The latter has died.
He again married Sarah Powless Long March 2, 1899. They had one daughter, Beulah. Sarah died in June, 1915.
He again married Francis Windland [1/11/1916 in Wayne County]. He had been living with his daughter, Gertie Powless, the last 20 years at Johnsonville.
He also leaves daughter, Beulah Matthews, and one son, Oliver Legg, of Pawnee.
Burial in Hale cemetery.
