Funeral services were held at Levan Monday for Paul Bowers, 58, who died at the Juab County Hospital last Thursday of a heart ailment. Bishop J. Clair Collard conducted the services in the Levan ward chapel.
Mr. Bowers was born September 11, 1899 at Kamas, a son of Flemon P. and Mary Elizabeth Bowers. He married Sadie Painter on November 26, 1918. He was a retired railroad man, and a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors are his widow, of Levan; one daughter, Mrs. Wanda Brass of Twin Falls, Idaho; two sons, Ray and Dick Dowers of American Fork; one brother and one sister: Freemon of Kamas, and Mrs. Chloe Potts of Woodland, Utah. Nine grandchildren also survive.
