David J. Rehm, 83, St. Joseph, died Wednesday afternoon, June 7, 1989 at his home following an illness of the past six months.
Mr. Rehm was a native and lifelong resident of St. Joseph.
He was employed as a machinist helper for Burlington Railroad for 23 years and later employed as a machinist for Westab CO (now Mead Products, Inc) for 22 years, retiring in July 1970.
He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
He married the former Helen Marie Rettick, April 19, 1934, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church of St. Joseph. She survives of the home.
ADDITIONAL SURVIVORS: a son, Stephen Joseph of Tulsa, OK; two daughters, Anna Marie Kuhr of Chesterfield, MO, Joyce Ann Chase, Prairie Village, KS; a sister, Lillian Kretzer of St. Joseph; and five grandchildren.
