Her younger brother Rufus Lee lived in Waltham, Massachusetts, raising a family there.
Sally 1st married James Hosmer (b. 1785 in Concord, NH) on May 14, 1807 in Concord, Massachusetts.
The Hosmer children were:
Rufus Lee, b.1807;
Nancy Emeline, b. 1808;
Mary Adeline, b.1810; and
Sarah Angeline, b.1812
Sally next married Hammon Eastman, a younger 1st cousin of James Hosmer, sometime around 1815, although no record of a divorce from James or a marriage to Hammon has been located to date.
This marriage may have occurred in Merrimack County, NH, where Hammon was born.
The Eastman children were:
Harriett, b. 1816;
Hammon Jr., b. 1819;
Caroline Matilda, b. 1823; and
Jacob, b. 1826
Hammon and Sally lived until about 1820 in Concord, NH where their first two children were born, before moving to Exeter Mills in Penobscot county, where their remaining children were born. They lived out their remaining years in Exeter Mills, Hammon being involved in a number of elected offices.
The descendants of these couples are numerous and widespread.
