George T. Tibbits, 73, 822 Gypsum, retired farmer and cab driver, died Wednesday at St. John's hospital where he had been a patient five weeks.
Mr. Tibbitts had been in ill health the past three years.
He had lived in Salina for 62 years, coming here from Tescott.
Surviving is a step-daughter, Mrs. Daisy Brant, Lakewood, Ill.
The funeral will be at 2:30 pm Friday at the Rush Smith funeral hime, the Rev. Raymond Olson officiating. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill cemetery.
