Benny (Bennie) Espeseth, age 76, Prairie Farm, died Monday morning, Oct 11, 1993 at his home.He was born Oct 12, 1916 near Barron, the son of Gilbert and Emma (Faanes) Espeseth. He grew up and attended rural school near Barron. He married Faye M Hovda Mar 21, 1940 at Stillwater, Minn. He farmed and worked as a carpenter for the meat packing industry. The couple recently moved to Prairie Farm. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a long-time active member of the Evangelical Free Church at Reeve. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Esther Balck and Clara Mayer, one brother, Clarence, and one son Robert. Surviving are his wife Faye, sons Donald Glen (Eleanor), Richard Gilbert (Cathy) Espeseth, daughters Ann Marie (Richard) Gale, Mae Irene (Gary) Osterbauer , a daughter in law, Bonnie (Paul) Krahenbuhl, sisters Ella Stansbury, Helen (Charles) Hockert, Marie Gilbertson, Mabel (Wm) Crowther, Thelma Klugow (Willard) Doris Lawrence (John) and aunt Mattie Nedland.
