Lucy Ann Crampton of Fort Smith Arkansas was born December 22, 1935 in Syracuse, New York to James P. and Lucy ( Schmidt) Reddy and passed away October 26, 2009 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 73. She is survived by one brother, Bruce Schmidt of New Hartford, Connecticut one stepson, Dewayne Hardwick of Gulfport, Mississippi; two step grandchildren; Eric and Shana. She was preceded in death by her parents; one husband; Bruce G. Crampton, one brother; Paul Schmidt, her adoptive parents; Christian William and Willa Maude Schmidt; one cousin, Barbara Gage Daniel. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She loved embroidery and her pets. Funeral Services will be 10 am Friday, October 30, 2009 at St. Francis Catholic Church with Father Desmond officiating. Burial will follow in Akins Cemetery under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be Church members.
