Born March 28, 1925 in Henry County, Ind., he was the son of Howard P. and Jennie (Carroll) Jackson. He was never married, and had lived in Rush County since 1946, and was a 1943 graduate of Spiceland High School. He retired from the Schnadig Corporation after 33 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Helen McConnell, Greensburg and Phyllis Lautzenheiser, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Moster and Cox Mortuary in Rushville. Burial will be in the Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. until time of the service on Sunday.
